We offer worldwide shipping! No matter where you are, we can deliver to your country.

   Where do orders ship from?

Orders are shipped directly from our trusted international warehouse partners. This lets us offer affordable prices and more variety for pet lovers.

     How long does shipping take?

Shipping time depends on your location. Most orders arrive within 8 to 30 business days after processing. In many cases, your order may arrive sooner.

     How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Simply click the link in the email to see the status of your shipment.

     Why did I receive only part of my order?

We sometimes ship items separately from different warehouses. If you ordered multiple products, they might arrive in separate packages. Don’t worry — the rest is on the way!

     What if my package is delayed?

Occasionally, delays can happen due to customs, holidays, or weather conditions. If it has been more than 30 business days, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help.

   Can I return or exchange an item?

Yes! We accept returns of unused items within 14 days of delivery. Just contact us and we’ll help you out.
